Teachers are working on task development using the LDC in reading/language arts and the FAL in mathematics. In addition, some members are being trained in the three facets of task development. These templates are likely to be very helpful in designing rigorous learning experiences and will be a focus in 2012-2013. The good news for Allen County Teachers is much of the foundation is in place in the form of unit organizers, literacy strategies, formative assessment, and use of Thoughtful Education strategies.
