The Allen County-Scottsville chapter of FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) captured six awards Tuesday (February 28) at the Region Competition at Kentucky Wesleyan College in Owensboro. The competition included 23 students from AC-SH.
Three students received first place awards. The winners and their area of competition include Holly Gaines and Shelby Taylor in Graphic Design and Abigail Keen in Talent.
Second place awards were won by Allyson Gobbell, Sarah Gilliam, and Elizabeth Gardner in the category of Local Chapter Name Tags
FBLA student Holly Gaines received a third place award for Local Chapter Newsletter.
The six winners from Allen County-Scottsville will advance to the State FBLA competition April 17-19 in Louisville.
