Allen County Primary Center students can
soon start participating in the Run Club---a once-a-week afterschool activity
designed to not only help kindergarten through third grade students cultivate a
healthy activity and develop basic running skills but also help students learn
healthy habits and the art of doing good deeds.
Any kindergarten through third grade student at ACPC can sign-up for the Run Club. The club will meet afterschool on Thursday’s---from dismissal time at 3:10 until 4:15. All students must be picked up at 4:15. The run club’s fall schedule begins on Thursday, September 19 and continues through Thursday, November 21.
Students at ACPC will be receiving registration information to bring home to parents/guardians this week. Sign-ups are required and registration forms must be returned to ACPC by Monday, September 9. All run club participants must complete and have on file a current Kentucky High School Athletic Association physical form---a form that will be handed out following registration. (Sponsors note that this form differs from the school physical form.)
