Welcome to Math Intervention!!

About Ms. Rockrohr:
Hello! Welcome to my homepage! My name is Lynne Rockrohr and I am the Math Intervention teacher for 7th and 8th grade math. This is my 5th year in this position at James E. Bazzell Middle School!

I am a graduate of the University of St. Francis. I am currently attending Western Kentucky University to achieve my Middle Grade Math certificate.  This is such an exciting time to be educated in education in Kentucky.

My family and I have lived many places in this beautiful country. We have been blessed to find Allen County and call it our home. I have five children, one son and four daughters, and we are a very close family. Three of my children attend Western Kentucky University and are majoring in Biology.  I have a daughter that attends the High School and another daughter that attends ACIC.

I feel honored to be able to work and teach in such a fabulous school district.  I am so blessed to work with a great bunch of students and a super faculty and staff.

Any questions or concerns, please contact me at:

Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire.

Math Intervention is for both 7th and 8th grade. It is a class created for students that need extra math help during the school day and during the school year. It is to help students learn and practice extra math skills that they may need to help them become successful math students. I teach differentiated instruction techniques that we practice with the student's math core content.
