My name is Courtney Bernado. I am a wife and mother of two girls and have 2 step children. I graduated in 2006 from WKU with my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, then a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education with a Technology Endorsement in 2010, and I graduated in May of 2020 with a Masters (Rank 1) of Science in Special Education with a concentration in IECE from EKU. 

In my free time, I love to spend time with my family. I love to read when I get the chance! My husband and I are restoring an old home that was built in 1868 and we absolutely love it! My philosophy in life is live each day to fullest and remember to tell those you care about how much you love them. In my free time, I love spending time with husband Jesse and my stepson Jay, friends, and my Boston Terrier, Zoey. I enjoy watching my husband, daddy and brother drag race, watching a good movie or tv show such as One Tree Hill or Heartland, cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide football team, running on the treadmill, working in and around my house, going to the beach when I get to, and listening to music. The simple things in life have the greatest impact on my heart. My favorite Bible Verse: Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with ALL your heart and lean not unto your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths. 

Hi! My name is Mrs. Gretchin. I am married to Tyler and we have two spunky kiddos that keep us busy. We love spending time together doing anything outside. I have a passion for working with kids and animals.  

I graduated from Murray State university in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in IECE and received my Masters degree in Special Education in 2017 from the University of the Cumberland. I have been teaching preschool at ACPC since 2011 and have loved every minute of it. Before I started teaching I worked daycare and instruction assistant, so I have been working with this age group since 2004.  I am so excited for this school year!

My name is Ciera Britt. I am married to Adam and a mom to two boys. I graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration. I was an instructional assistant in a preschool classroom for 3 years. I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in IECE from the University of Cumberlands. I love being in the preschool classroom and watching the kiddos' faces light up when they learn something new.
