What does my child need for preschool?

  • Up-to-date immunizations
  • Eye Exam
  • Physical (on a Kentucky form)
  • A regular size backpack
  • Fitted crib sheet
  • Blanket or towel to cover up with at rest time
  • Snack and drink daily (juice or water for the drink and we ask for a healthy snack-NO candy, cakes, or soft drinks)
  • Change of clothes (including underwear and socks)
  • Diapers/Pull-ups if not toilet trained
