Graduates before 2009, please contact Allen County Board of Education, 270-618-
3181, for a transcript verifying graduation.
 
Students who graduated in 2009 and beyond, may contact Sarah Keltner (see below) at
Allen County-Scottsville H.S. or register on Parchment.com and pay a small fee for a
transcript to be sent electronically to a college or technical school.

New Student

If you want to enroll your child at Allen County Scottsville High School, please contact guidance department at 270-622-4119 ext: 2410,  2409, & 2414 to schedule an appointment and begin the enrollment process. You must present a birth certificate, social security card, KY Immunization, and two forms of proof of residency. They can not start school without up to date immunizations or an appointment made with the Health Department, KY Physical Form, IEP/504 Documents, Court Documents if not Biological Parents, Transcripts, or Transfer Paperwork.
Only a custodial parent or guardian may enroll a student under the age of 18.

Transcript Request

TRANSCRIPT REQUEST Parchment is a free website for high school students to send their official transcripts to themselves or schools. FRESHMAN, SOPHOMORE, JUNIORS and SENIORS are encouraged to set up an account, using the following link below. There is also a link for a video to watch on how to set up an account. If you need help setting up a parchment account please set up an appointment with Mrs. Meador, Mr. Bonds or Mrs. Carter and we will be more than happy to help. When you set up your account keep up with your password and username, you will need it for many years after High School. If you are an ALUMNI... after 2 months of graduation you will have to pay a small fee for sending your transcript.

Credit Recovery Options & Summer School

If a student fails a course they have the opportunity to participate in credit recovery. Students will have the opportunity to complete the course via Summer School on our online Edgenuity program. Guidance Counselors will monitor these courses to ensure completion and parent and student contact will be made when course is completed and credit is recovered. 
 
Summer School will be discussed at the end of the 2nd semester.
