2020 Football Attendance Requirements for Parents and Spectators
- Mask/face coverings must be worn from vehicle exit (on arrival at school) until vehicle entry (for departure). This is the entire time you are at the football game.
- Everyone who enters the gate will be screened (temperature check, screening questions). Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or above or answers yes to a screening question will not be allowed to enter.
- Social distancing will be required in the lines at entry gates and throughout the stadium.
- Four entry gates will be used. Entry Gate #1 (near athletic center) will be for parents of players, and cheerleaders who purchased advanced parent tickets. Entry Gate # 2 (EMS entry gate) designated for the visiting team fans. Entry gates #3 and # 4 will be located at main ticket booth gates. Gates will close when capacity is reached or end of first quarter. then gates will be monitored by event staff. Gates will open 1.5 hours before kickoff. 5:30 pm.
- Each family or group that drove together must sit together and stay six feet away from other families/or individuals.
- Kids should stay with parents in a seat and not be running around.
- Seating will be spaced out to allow for social distancing.
- Fans may stand along the fence tape will be placed to indicate social distancing requirements.
- Concessions will be available. All items will be pre-packaged. Social Distancing must be maintained while waiting to purchase items.
- Restrooms will be available. Social Distancing must be maintained as much as possible when using restrooms.
- No re-entry is permitted. Once you enter a gate, you will not be allowed to exit a gate and re-enter.
- Absolutely no tailgating prior to games this season.
WEEKLY PARENT/PLAYER/SPECTATOR TICKET PROCEDURES
- No on-site ticket sales at varsity football games. All tickets will be advanced sales.
- Price of Admission is $ 5.00. If they are old enough to sit in a seat, then a ticket is required. No reserve seating.
- Each varsity football player will have the opportunity to purchase up to four (4) home game tickets. Player parents get the first opportunity. Cheer parents will get the opportunity to purchase advanced tickets as well (2 per cheerleader)
- Only a set amount of tickets will be sold.
- Visitor tickets will be purchased through a visitor school presale.
- Coaching cards will be accepted but must be counted toward attendance limits.
- The following ticket sale procedure will be used this season.
MONDAY
Tickets will go on sale to football and cheer parents. A set time will be announced to purchase tickets. $5.00 each. Please bring correct change and wear a mask. You will be required to sign the multiple receipt form and you will receive your screening questionnaire. Please complete the questionnaire before you enter the gate on game day and present form to gate worker. Enter through entry gate # 1 beside the athletic complex.
TUESDAY/WEDNESDAY
Tickets will go on sale to high school students. $5.00 each. A set time will be announced to purchase Friday night game tickets. Students will be asked to sign the multiple receipt form and will receive their screening questionnaire. Please complete the questionnaire before you enter the gate on game night and present the form to the gate worker.
TUESDAY/WEDNESDAY
School employees can pick up their free ticket (1) at the Allen County Schools Central Office. 1 ticket per school employee. You can pick up your prescreening form at this time.
THURSDAY
Tickets will go on sale to the community. A set time will be announced (social media, radio, etc.) to purchase tickets outside the high school main office area. ($5.00 each). Purchaser will be asked to sign the multiple receipt form at the time of the purchase. Please wear a mask and bring correct change. You will be given a prescreening form at the time of purchase. Please complete the prescreening form before you enter the gate on game day and present form to gate worker. Please use the main ticket gates only.
NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AFTER THURSDAY
