ACPL Preschool Program Coming to You This Summer

The Allen County Primary Center (ACPC) Preschool program invites children ages two through five to climb aboard the Ocean Adventure Bus, a summer program designed to provide a season of fun, learning, and discovery.

With the theme “Dive into fun. Surf into learning. Make waves of memories!”, the Ocean Adventure Bus will offer engaging experiences that encourage children to learn, play, and explore in a creative environment.

Each stop on the adventure will feature a variety of activities, including: story time, creative crafts, hands-on learning, music and movement, games, friendship and fun.

The summer schedule is:

Tuesday, June 16, 2026

  • 9:00-11:30 a.m. — Fred Hale Ballpark

  • 1:00-3:30 p.m. — Mt. Union Methodist Church

Thursday, June 18, 2026

  • 9:00-11:30 a.m. — Save A Lot

  • 1:00-3:30 p.m. — Cedar Springs Volunteer Fire Department

Additional Ocean Adventure Bus dates are scheduled for:

  • Tuesday, July 14, 2026

  • Thursday, July 16, 2026

Details for the July stops will be announced at a later date.

Organizers say the program is designed to create memorable experiences for preschool-aged children through stories, crafts, music, and interactive activities while fostering curiosity and a love of learning.
