ACIC hosted a wonderful Math and Literacy Night for families on Thursday evening. Students and their families enjoyed participating in a variety of fun math and reading games together. Our 5th grade students also had the opportunity to showcase their learning by presenting their PBL projects to families. Thank you to everyone who was able to join us and help make the evening such a success!

ACIC has a Student Culture Action Team this year dedicated to helping ACIC continue to be the best place to be. This team works hard to plan fun and engaging activities for both students and staff throughout the year. Today, students participated in the ACIC Winter Olympics, a special event celebrating positive behavior and strong attendance during the month of February. Students had an amazing time taking part in the activities and enjoying the friendly competition. A big thank you to the students on the Action Team who planned and organized this entire event. It was truly a great day at ACIC! 🎉🏅

Last week we celebrated Random Acts of Kindness Week! Teacher and staff could nominate students or staff they saw doing an act of kindness for someone. It warmed our hearts to see so many students spreading kindness. We hope these acts continue long after Random Acts of Kindness Week!

Today’s FCA speaker was Mason Harris, Pastor from Victory Hill Church. He shared about the full armor of God and reminded us that the armor is Jesus! When we put on the armor, we’re putting on Christ — our peace, our protection, and our strength. He guards our minds and strengthens us for whatever we face. What a powerful reminder of who fights for us! ✝️

Archers from ACIC & JEBMS participated in the third tournament of their 25-26 Archery Season on February 7th, after the cancellation of three very important tournaments due to the recent weather conditions. The Teams did not let lack of practice or tournaments get them down. They came out strong and raised team scores by 217 points for our Elementary Team and 99 points for our Middle Team.

In Bullseye, ACIC Elementary Team finished 3rd among 7 teams. In 3D, JEBMS Middle Team finished 3rd among 12 teams and ACIC Elementary Team finished 2nd among 6 teams.

In addition, Rhett Tuttle received 1st place Male in the Elementary Division and Easton Tade received 2nd place Female in the Elementary Division. Congratulations Archers! We compete in two tournaments next weekend to try to secure a spot in the 2026 KY NASP State Tournament.
