The Allen County-Scottsville High School cheer squad held their annual banquet Sunday afternoon at the Patriot Athletic Complex on the campus of Allen County-Scottsville High School.
AC-S cheer coach Amy Sloan recognized several cheerleaders with special awards. The Academic Award was presented to Rachel Bomar. Emma Harwood received the Most Spirited Award. Ally Atwood was presented with the Leadership Award. Tyra Whitney received the Most Improved Award and Haley Harper was presented with the For the Love of Cheer Award.
The 2016-17 cheerleading squad included Casey Sircy, Tyra Whitney, Caelyn Cline, Emma Harwood, Kaitlyn Ploughe, Caitlyn Sloan, Ally Atwood, Rylee Beaulieu, Sydney Ausbrooks, Rachel Bomar, Madison England, Haley Harper, and Hadley Celsor.
