The Allen County-Scottsville Patriot Band finished seventh in the field
of 20 bands Saturday at the Mid-States Band Association (MSBA) Class 3A
Championships in Ohio.
After qualifying for the finals during preliminary competition during
the day, the Patriots marched in the finals. AC-S finished with a score of
80.10.
Bullitt East took top honors with a score of 88.30. John Hardin placed
second (87.50), followed by Bellbrook, Ohio (87.10), Harrison County (87.00),
Woodford County (85.40), and New Palestine, Indiana (83.90).
