The Amended School Calendar has the following changes to make up the two “no school days” that were missed due to inclement weather on Jan. 26 & Jan. 27:
1. Students will now attend school on March 16 instead of that day being used as a PLC Day.
2. The last day of school will move from May 14th to May 15th.

Kindness Month is underway at ACPC.
We are collecting bingo prizes for residents at Cal Turner Rehab and Specialty Care, including Bath and Body Works items, room decor, large print puzzle books, adult coloring books, nonslip socks, card games, fleece blankets, sugar-free candy, and solar powered bobbleheads.
The class with the MOST items donated will win a pizza party.
Thank you for helping our students spread kindness in our community.

Join us for Wellness Night at Allen County Primary Center on March 12 from 5:00–7:00 PM.
This will be a fun, family-friendly evening focused on healthy habits, active learning, and ways to support both physical and emotional well-being at home and at school. Families will have the opportunity to participate in engaging activities, receive free resources and games, and spend time together as a school community. We will have food trucks at this event so come hungry!
We look forward to seeing our ACPC families there for an evening of learning, connection, and wellness.

🎉 It’s the 106th Day of School at ACPC 🎉
We are celebrating 106 days of learning, growth, and hard work. Students are invited to dress like they are 106 years old and show off their best granny or grandpa style. We cannot wait to see the creativity.
It is also Mr. Shep Day. Students may choose to dress like Mr. Shep instead. Either way, feel free to dust off those bald caps and join us for a fun, school-spirited day.
We are looking forward to a great day of learning and celebration tomorrow at ACPC.

If you have a child between the ages of 3 and 4, we would love to connect with your family! Allen County Primary Center is now inviting families to begin the preschool screening process.
These screenings help families learn more about their child’s development and connect early with our team when support can make a lasting difference. Even if you are unsure whether your child will qualify, we encourage you to move forward and learn more.
Getting started now helps us plan for the year ahead and ensures your child has every opportunity for a strong start.

Regrettably, we will be shifting to a Non-Traditional Instruction (NTI) Day today, Wednesday, February 4, 2026.
While we were hopeful to return on a delayed schedule, overnight runoff has refrozen, creating slick spots on some roadways. With temperatures at or below freezing, this has raised new concerns about safety for our buses, staff, and student drivers.

We had to jump on the trend! It is School Counselor Appreciation Week, and we are thankful for Mrs. Allen and Mrs. Towe. They support our students each day with care, guidance, and dedication, helping every child feel safe, supported, and ready to learn. Thank you for the difference you make in our school community.

Allen County Schools will continue with a Non-Traditional Instruction (NTI) Day tomorrow, Friday, January 30, 2026.
• If you have power, please follow your NTI plan and complete the assignments posted by your teachers.
• If you do not have power, we completely understand. Students will be given additional time to complete assignments once power is restored.
• Some teachers may also still be without power and unable to post assignments right away. If that happens, they will upload and communicate with students as soon as they are able.
Thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we work through the effects of this winter storm.
