2020 Volleyball Attendance Guidelines/Requirements for Parents and Spectators
- Attendance at Patriot Gym will be limited to 30% or less than normal capacity per state and local guidance in order to maintain social distancing requirements.
- Mask/face coverings must be worn from vehicle exit (on arrival at school) until vehicle entry (for departure). This is the entire time you are at the volleyball games.
- Everyone who enters the gate will be screened (temperature check, screening questions). Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or above or answers yes to a screening question will not be allowed to enter. Anyone who refuses to participate in a temperature check/screening/or wear a mask will not be allowed to enter.
- Social distancing will always be required in the lines at entry gates and throughout the gym/school for all spectators.
- Two entry gates will be used. Entry Gate #1 (main office door) will be for ACS players, parents of players, and advance ticket holders. Entry Gate #2 (school door #33, rear school lobby) is designated for the visiting team players, their fans, and other spectators. Gates will open one hour before first match time. Gates will close if capacity is reached. Admission will be $5.00 per person. Please try to have exact change.
- Each family or group that drove together must sit together and stay six feet away from other families/groups or individuals.
- Kids must stay with parents in a seat and not be running around.
- Home side, lower level bleachers will be used for fans with social distancing guidelines enforced.
- Visitor side, lower level bleachers will be used only to allow non-playing athletes, staff, medical staff, and school personal a place to be seated with social distancing in place.
- Seating will be spaced out to allow for social distancing. Handicap seating will be designated.
- Concessions will be available. All items will be pre-packaged. Social Distancing must be maintained while waiting to purchase items.
- Restrooms will be available. Social Distancing must be maintained as much as possible when using restrooms.
- No re-entry is permitted. Once you enter a gate, you will not be allowed to exit a gate and re-enter.
- Procedures for away game tickets and guidance will be announced and will be based on opponent’s seating capacity and their local policy.
