Soothing Soul “6-8” Abby R
I used Garageband to create my piece called “Soothing Soul”, and all of the components in it. I chose the name Soothing Soul because I enjoy music a lot and music sooths me and I feel like my piece portrayed the part of soothing. I used different loops to compose the piece.
I used the following loops: Ambition Electric Piano, Be Together Bass, Cabernet All, Shaker 01, Moving on Bell Beat, Afloat Pad, Misty All, Ambition Filter, Velvet Lounge Electric Piano. I chose one loop to be consistent for most of the duration of the piece. It was the Cabernet All Loop. I added in other loops to change the dynamics of the piece to making it more interesting. However, even with the different loops the music remains soothing to my soul.
