Preschool Qualifications:

1. Preschool (At-Risk):

4 years old by August 1 of current school year and meet eligibility under the income
guidelines (160% poverty level).

                   OR

2. Preschool (Disabled/Delayed):
   

·        3 years old child with an identified disability

·        4 years old child with an identified disability
